Story Photo
Guess what, we had to make a story with our photos to convey a type of feeling. I chose to go for something more sad as that is easier for me to express in photos. I used rule of thirds for positioning of my two subjects and this specific angle because the girl who was supposed to be crying was actually smiling. I also felt that this angle portrayed the feeling that I was trying to get across better.

Contrast
For this project we were tasked with finding contrast, both in color and subject, and make a composite photo. A composite photo is taking two photographs and putting something from one into the other while making it look like it belongs. The color contrast photos were pretty easy to find, but the subject contrast was a bit more challenging.
Leading Lines
For this project we had to incorporate leading lines into every photo while keeping everything we've learned before in mind. I tries to keep living things as my subjects for these as practice for later units, with the exception the the gnomes. We also used an umbrella for quite a few photos because it'd been rainy all week, which worked out because it was an exceptionally good prop.
Angles
For this project we were tasked with going out and finding two subjects to take photos of at multiple different angles. For my photos I chose two friends and a piano on the auditorium stage. I used whatever I could to get myself at different angles for the photos and only chose the best five of them all for this. We also had to keep the Rule of Thirds and Golden Ratio in mind while taking these.
Golden Ratio/ Rule of Thirds
for this project we were tasked with going out and finding things to take pictures of that involve the Golden Ratio or the Rule of Thirds. We has to keep the subject of the photo in mind while utilizing the Golden Ratio, an imaginary line or path you eye follows in a picture, or the Rule of Thirds, aligning a photos subject with powerpoints that prong focus to it.
Subject Photos
For this project we were tasked with taking pictures where it was clear what out subjects were. We went out on multiple walks with cameras to different places to take pictures, forcing us to adjust our ISO, F-stop, and shutter speed depending on what we were trying to get in the shot and the condition of movement and lighting.
Background
Foreground
Pictures meant to focus on the foreground
Middle Ground
Photos meant to focus on the middle ground.
Shutter Speed
Changing how fast the shutter works (A higher shutter speed lets in less light, making the image darker) to change the amount of light coming in.
Aperture
Changing the aperture to affect how much lighting comes into the camera. A larger aperture made the image lighter since it let in more light.
Shutter Speed 2
Using shutter speed to make a fast moving subject look blurry or like they're stand still. A faster shutter speed made the subject appear less blurry, while the slower allowed more blur.
Camera Test
Testing the cameras and trying to actually get them to function by playing with the settings.
